Certified translation, endorsement
Our agency offers the translation and endorsement of public and private documents. Once the technical translation is completed, we stamp the pages and endorse the document to certify that the translation is in full conformity with the source language text.
We prepare the documents for endorsement with utmost care, revise and proofread the translation, and finish up endorsing the document. The endorsement fee is 50% of the translation fee.
Endorsed translations are prepared primarily of original documents, so please deliver us the document in person or by mail.
Our agency is authorized to prepare certified translations of certificates of incorporation and registration of change, and company documents. Therefore there is no need for attestation by OFFI (National Office for Translation and Attestation).
Endorsed documents are widely accepted, for example in work abroad or further education, but before you hire us, please make sure to contact the host institution.
In certain cases, endorsement may not be enough and you may need a certified translation. As Section 5 of Decree 24/1986 (26 June) of the Council of Ministers stipulates that certified translations, certification of translations, and certified foreign language copies can only be made by OFFI Zrt. (National Office for Translation and Attestation) unless otherwise provided by law, we can translate your document and have it certified by OFFI. This way we can take the burden of the administrative tasks off your shoulders and save you a lot of time and money!
