Our aim is to create a translation environment for our translators where they can focus on translating, concentrating their knowledge and energy on the work at hand, without bothering with the time-consuming conversion of PDF files and other non-editable documents, searching for materials related to the translation, or looking for peer reviewers.

We also aim to prepare our interpreters for their assignments and to prepare the venues to host the interpreting event. Last but not least, we tell our clients everything they need to know about interpreting.

We want to relieve our clients of the burden of every organizational task; that is why we do not ask them to prepare the materials for translation, mark the difficult sections, or prepare glossaries of the key expressions, and as we also strive for perfection in formatting, our clients don’t have to bother with formatting issues, poorly structured lists, tables of content, or missing pictures and links. Preparation for translation


Our agency prepares all materials received for translation in terms of content and formatting.

Format preparation

We convert and format non-editable documents so that at the end of the translation process the client receives the translation in the original format.

Content preparation

We use translation support software to prepare the material to be translated; we search for repetitions, highlight key expressions and get our translators to prepare glossaries if necessary, which we submit to the client for approval. We block sections which are not to be translated and annotate those which require special treatment (e.g. transliteration of names and titles).

Along with the documents to be translated, we supply our translators with the necessary background information. At any point during work, the translator can ask our project managers for help, e.g. with the translation of company specific expressions, and can consult a peer reviewer.

In the course of the translation process, the workflow is coordinated by our project managers, as large projects often tend to take up to five or six translators and two revisers working in parallel. To avoid missing deadlines, we keep track of translator performance and reorganize the workflow if necessary. The project manager decides when a reviser must be involved in the translation process.

Our project managers check the finished translation against a set of quality management criteria, then finalize formatting, insert missing graphs, edit tables of content, etc.

In the end, they submit the finished translation to the client by the requested deadline.

Last but not least, our agency is responsible for updating and maintaining translation memories and glossaries associated with a particular client, measuring customer satisfaction and handling any complaint in a prompt and efficient manner.

Preparation for interpreting


In case of interpreting, we assess the interpreting needs to find the person who is the most suitable for the assignment both as a professional and as an individual.

The project manager is responsible, in close collaboration with the client and the interpreter, for obtaining the necessary auxiliary materials and background information. Otherwise even the most experienced interpreter will only be able to do a mediocre job.

Our agency arranges for the interpreter’s travel and accommodation or finds out if the client agrees to make such arrangements. Our project managers are responsible for finding out about the interpreter’s dress code. We send a staff member to large conferences to ensure that interpreting is not disrupted by any technical or personal issue.
